I’ve officially been in this hospital for one week. Tomorrow I’ll have the surgery I was trying to avoid to finally fix my lung problem. With 1-2 days recovery I can leave the ICU and go home! They say I should be totally fine with minimal discomfort. I’m hoping that is the case. Either way, I’ll probably spend next week resting/working from home and taking one hell of a long shower. It’s nice to finally see an end to this.
